»The general objectives of the Kós Károly Academy Foundation are the following: to support the modernisation process of the centre-right, to consolidate and develop the Romanian democracy, to protect the rights of the national minorities and to organise activities that target the development of human resources and education more efficiently. Other specific objectives range from elaborating and coordinating programs concerning scientific research and education, supporting activities regarding the protection, preservation and development of the national minorities’ identity in Romania, as well as elaborating and applying strategies that regulate the protection of the national minorities’ individual and collective rights and providing scholarships and training courses.«[1]
