Beatrix Amelie Ehrengard Eilika von Storch, nee Duchess of Oldenburg, is a Christian-conservative leading politician in the Alternative für Deutschland party for which she holds a seat in the European Parliament. She is committed to the German 'Lebensschutz' or 'pro-life movement', holds that aristocrats have special responsibilities and abilities to lead, and has been advocating, with her husband, for compensation for property lost by aristocrats after 1945 in the Soviet Occupation Zone.
