Philip Bradbourn is a British politician of the Conservative Party and, since 1999, Member of the European Parliament. Before becoming a professional politician, he spent nearly 20 years working in Town and Country Planning for local government and, later, became an advisor of the Conservative group of the Wolverhampton Council He was a parliamentary candidate for Wolverhampton South East in the 1992 general election and stood for the European Parliament in County Durham in 1994.
