Die Stiftung wurde 2003 im Gefolge der Regelung öffentlicher Förderung für die politische Bildungsarbeit von Parteien gegründet.
Organisation/Finanzierung
Die Stiftung hat ein Kuratorium von drei Personen, einen Direktor und eine Geschäftsstelle.

Finanzierung
Die Stiftung hatte 2009 Gesamteinnahmen von 483.000.000 Forint (ca. 1.725.000€), davon 465.500.000 (ca. 1.625.000€) Forint öffentliche Zuwendungen.
Arbeitsmodus, Ziele
Die Stiftung unterstützt mit wissenschaftlichen Studien und Analysen die Fraktion der Bürgerallianz bei der Entwicklung ihrer politischen Agenda. Der leitende Gesichtspunkt ist dabei die Teilhabe und Stellung Ungarns am und im europäischen Integrationsprozess. Die Stiftung wirkt durch Publikationen, öffentliche Veranstaltungen und Maßnahmen der politischen Bildungsarbeit. Die Stiftung vergibt Fördermittel für NGOs die nationalen und christlichen Werten verbunden sind und schreibt Praktika für Studierende aus.
