The European Coalition of Economic Growth constitutes a platform for think tanks from German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) in favor of a strong market economy. Its aim is to promote classical, liberal ideas by sharing information and research results among the participating institutions, but also with the general public.

Organizational Structure and Funding

The following organisations belong to the European Coalition of Economic Growth: from Germany: Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freiheit, Glasshouse - Center for Studies on a Free Economy, Berlin Manhattan Institute, Taxpayers Association of Europe; from Austria: Austrian Economics Center,Educational Initiative for Central and Eastern Europe (EICEE) – Network, Europa Institut, Hayek Institute; from Switzerland Liberales Institut.
