The Group produces [1] the Nanny State index</a> in which European countries are getting ranked in terms of regulatory policies concerning the consumption of food, tabbacco and vape products as well alcoholic products. Less regulations are regarded as positive.

Topics
We used the DGs of the EU to generate a basic list of topics. This list is going to be steadily extended. However we try to preserve a persistent list of topics.

The European Policy Information Center is a collaboaration of six European Think tanks. These are: Civismo (Spain), the Institut Economique Molinari (France), the Institute of Economic Affairs (UK), Istituto Bruno Leoni (Italy), the Lithuanian Free Market Institute and Timbro (Sweden). Therefore the think tank is also listed as a network.
