The Center for Institutionale Analysis and Development (CADI - Centrul de Analiza si Dezvoltare Institutionala) is a think tank advocating political and economic liberties. It considers itself an umbrella organization for adherents of liberal, libertarian and conservative schools of thought.

Organizational Structure and Funding

The center is managed by a four-member board of directors, an advisory board with 13 members (mostly scholars) and a staff of six persons. For the years 2006 amd 2009 CADI received funding by the following institutions:
