|Einleitung=The Economic and Social Research Center (ESCE) seeks to integrate economic and social science arguments into the evaluation of policy measures. The target group of ESCE output are scholars, policy makers, administrative staff as well as business leasers. The ESCE maintains further offices in Eisenstadt, Austria and Cologne, Germany.

For the years 2009 and 2010 four and three publications respectively can be found on the website of the main office in Vienna. The 2009 publications are mainly research results. Among the 2010 publication, one stems from an international conference. Topics range from capital markets development to regional economic development in the European periphery.
